What does this role hold for you...??
● Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform, including data
pipelines, real-time ingestion, governance, and tooling.
● Lead a team of data engineers to deliver scalable solutions across AWS, Snowflake,
Databricks, Kafka, and related technologies.
● Drive best practices in data modeling, data quality, versioning, testing, and lineage.
● Collaborate closely with product, data science, analytics, and backend teams to
deliver reliable and efficient data solutions.
● Own delivery of complex, high-volume data projects in a fast-paced Agile
environment.
● Champion reusability, modularity, and scalability in data infrastructure.
● Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data engineers.
● Bring thought leadership in emerging data technologies, including streaming,
lakehouse architectures, and AI data integration.
Apply if you have...
● 8–12 years of total experience in data engineering roles.
● Deep technical experience in delivering data pipelines and reporting tools using
technologies like AWS, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, Databricks, Tableau, PowerBI
● Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL datastores & understanding of scripting languages
like Python etc.
● Proven success in building and scaling enterprise-grade data pipelines and analytical
platforms.
● Strong understanding of data governance, security, and access control frameworks.
● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
● Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
skills.
