Job Summary : As an Adobe Workfront Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Adobe Workfront, a leading work management platform. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Workfront mechanics, personas, APIs, and Fusion to deliver seamless workflows, efficient integrations, and powerful solutions to enhance the productivity of our teams and ensure smooth project execution. You will be the subject matter expert in all things Adobe Workfront, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and configure systems that align with the company's evolving business needs. Your expertise will be vital in streamlining project management, improving collaboration, and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities : 1. Workfront Administration & Management : - Oversee the daily operation of the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and maximum usage across the organization. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workfront-related inquiries, issues, and escalations. - Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows within Workfront to ensure proper access control and security. - Monitor system health and performance, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot platform-related issues. - Ensure adherence to established standards and best practices for project management processes within Workfront. 2. Configuration & Customization : - Customize Workfront to meet the specific needs of different business units by creating and configuring object types, custom forms, approval workflows, templates, and user dashboards. - Build, modify, and maintain Workfront templates for projects, tasks, and requests to standardize processes and ensure consistency across the organization. - Work with business stakeholders to define and implement tailored personas that align with business goals and improve user experience. - Implement and modify reporting and dashboards within Workfront to provide key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and insights into project progress and team performance.' 3. Integration with Other Systems (API & Fusion) : - Utilize Adobe Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and integrate Workfront with other enterprise tools such as CRM systems, Marketing Automation platforms, ERP software, and more. - Develop and manage API integrations with internal and third-party systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation. - Troubleshoot integration issues and work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve any technical challenges related to system connectivity, data syncing, and other integration problems. - Maintain a deep understanding of both Workfront Fusion and API technologies to ensure that integrations are executed properly, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing system efficiency. 4. Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement : - Continuously assess and evaluate current Workfront workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Work with team members across the organization to automate manual processes, reduce redundancy, and improve overall project efficiency. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for project management within Workfront, ensuring alignment with industry standards. - Provide recommendations for process changes or improvements that result in greater automation, accuracy, and timeliness. 5. User Support & Training : - Act as a Workfront subject matter expert (SME), providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. - Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to help team members effectively utilize Adobe Workfront. - Conduct user training sessions and workshops on new features, system updates, and best practices to improve user adoption and system proficiency. - Provide responsive support for user-reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve any system-related concerns promptly. 6. Reporting & Analytics : - Design and implement reports and dashboards within Workfront to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into project statuses, resource utilization, and performance metrics. - Create customized reports that help business leaders understand project progress, resource allocation, budget tracking, and other key business metrics. - Support decision-making by providing actionable insights through advanced reporting and data Proficiency : - Strong experience in system administration, customization, and workflow automation using : - Certifications in Adobe Workfront or other project management tools are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Workfront Certifications such as Adobe Workfront Administrator. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and how they can be implemented within Workfront. - Experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
