Primary Technology/ skills: Test Analyst with good experience in testing retail applications

Technical & Professional requirements:

- Certification in accessibility testing (such as CPACC, WAS, or DHS Trusted Tester)- Strong proficiency in Axe Deque tools (Axe Dev Tools, Axe Auditor) for accessibility testing- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 standards, ARIA, and accessibility regulations (such as ADA and Section 508)- 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing for web and mobile applications- Familiarity with screen readers and other assistive technologies- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset- Possess good communication and written documentation skills and is able to interact with key stakeholders to deliver fast with quality- Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and also handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Should have excellent problem/ issue management skills across various stakeholders- In-depth understanding of IT software development life cycle and product process oriented agile development environment like Scrum

Other “Nice to have” skills / experience:

- Experience with other accessibility testing tools (like WAVE, JAWS, NVDA)- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers

Details of duties to be performed:

- Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing on websites, web applications, and mobile applications to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, 2.2 and ARIA standards- Utilize Axe Deque tools, such as Axe Dev Tools and Axe Auditor, to identify accessibility barriers and document test results- Create detailed reports outlining accessibility issues, with clear recommendations for remediation- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure that accessibility requirements are understood and met- Provide guidance and support to development teams on accessibility best practices- Participate in accessibility audits and assessments to maintain compliance with ADA, Section 508, and other accessibility regulations- Design, Develop, test scenarios and test cases for new components- Identify, isolate, regress and communicate defects effectively and efficiently- Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution- Preparing Summary Reports and suggested documents to improve the quality of the application- Effectively present information and respond to questions from client stakeholders- Ability to take accountability and responsibility to deliver client commitments- Should be able to build good rapport with the team- Work with a team of automation & manual QA resources

Work Hours: 2PM to 11PM IST
