Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance located in Kolkata. The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include strategic financial planning, financial analysis, and providing insights to support business decisions. The Head of Finance will report directly to the senior management and play a critical role in the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, and Finance management skills
  • Prior experience in leadership role for 7+ years.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
  • Experience in the F&B/
    Retail
    industryis advantageous
