Job Description*As the Team Lead for General Ledger & Financial Accounting (GL&FA) in the GCC region, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire financial accounting operations of the organization. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.Principal Accountabilities*Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust
