Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals. Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product innovation

- Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces. Ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities-- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, such as KYC/AML, data privacy, and cybersecurity, and ensure product compliance.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and launch.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or insurtech or Health Tech industry.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

Passion for technology and a desire to create innovative solutions
