This role is responsible for the timely submission of dental insurance claims, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have experience with dental billing software and a strong understanding of insurance claim processes.Key Job Responsibilities:- Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with accuracy and timeliness- Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to ensure proper coding and documentation- Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies- Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain
