As an Operations Manager, you will require to possess a deep understanding of factory operations, optimization in purchase, team leadership, and store maintenance, with the ability to ensure the successful execution of desired work. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive the entire workforce, all while striving to achieve our delivery goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the operations department aligned with organizational goals and objectives.- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across all areas of operations, including supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, and quality control.- Oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production, Packing and Delivery processes.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize lead times.- Manage import and export operations, including tasks such as documentation management, customs clearance, and related activities.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to streamline the supply chain, including inbound and outbound logistics.- Coordinate the transportation of products, equipment, and materials.- Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to improve delivery schedules and reduce costs by working closely on the purchase optimization.- Monitor production schedules and work closely with the Floor Manager and guide him to meet targets and quality standards.- Lead and mentor a team of Floor Managers, Supervisors, Floor workers, and other operational staff.- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the operations team.- Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company stores, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.- Oversee and ensure the managers coordinate with maintenance personnel to address repairs, renovations, and other facility-related needs.- Manage the end-to-end execution of work, from inception to delivery, in alignment with company goals and objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to define project requirements and timelines.- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
