About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer with strong experience in Django and FastAPI, along with a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts. You will work on building scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven features, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Django and FastAPI.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
  • Work on AI/ML-based features — from integrating existing models to experimenting with new ones.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with frontend, data science, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Django (including DRF) and FastAPI.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows (model integration, preprocessing, etc.).
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
  • Familiarity with LLM integration or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
