Hiring for Sourcing Business Analyst for one of reputed MNC Company based in Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop reports and support ad-hoc data analysis.Convert unstructured data into business information.Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information.Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations.Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis.Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials.Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.Strong common sense and business acumen.Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations.Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint.Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages.Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, Sharepoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata.A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data.Minimum of 5 years in a data/business analyst, system analyst, or system support role.Experience in system design and implementation.Experience in stakeholder management.Should be pass out from B.Tech / MBA / B.Tech from IITIf interested send cv at - / Or call at -
