Job Title: Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst (Web, Mobile & AI Projects) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and technically strong Project Coordinator & Business Analyst to join our growing team in Pune. This hybrid role focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of web and application development projects while bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with React developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with client expectations, and executed with high quality. You will work across a diverse range of projects, including web and mobile applications, AI-driven platforms, and advanced digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Coordinator Lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and application development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements. Work closely with React developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and multiple workstreams concurrently. Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and status meetings. Track sprints, tasks, progress, and deliverables using JIRA or similar PM tools. Identify project risks early, implement mitigation plans, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including flow diagrams, task breakdowns, reports, and status updates. Ensure adherence to Agile practices and drive continuous improvement across teams. Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress, blockers, updates, and delivery schedules. Support coding efforts or code reviews when needed, particularly in React.js and frontend-related tasks. Business Analysis Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements. Create detailed documentation such as BRDs, user stories, SRS, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and use case diagrams. Develop flowcharts, DFDs, and technical specifications to convey business and system behavior. Translate business needs into functional requirements for development, design, and QA teams. Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals (with a focus on AI, mobile, and web). Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience managing software/application development projects. Strong knowledge in React.js and frontend architecture. Proven ability to lead development teams, manage workflows, and ensure on-time project delivery. Solid experience in gathering requirements, writing BRDs/SRS/user stories, and creating process documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing roles (requirements gathering, demos, feedback sessions). Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to think analytically, solve problems proactively, and make informed decisions. PI0036a19a30be-
