Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing OpenText solutions and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) with specific expertise in Accounts Payable, FI-MM integration, and tax and legal compliance across multiple regions including CA, US, and Mexico. The candidate should be capable of analyzing business requirements, producing functional and technical designs, and leading workshops independently.

Experience in Intelligent Capture for SAP, Business Centre, SAP Business Workflows, and various data capture processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- OpenText & Vendor Invoice Management Implementation : Lead and manage the implementation of OpenText and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

- Requirement Analysis & Design : Analyze customer's business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.

- Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and propose solutions.

- Accounts Payable & FI-MM Integration : Provide expertise in the implementation of Accounts Payable processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI-MM modules.

- Tax & Legal Compliance : Ensure that the invoicing processes comply with relevant tax and legal requirements in CA, US, and Mexico.

- Intelligent Capture & Document Processing : Implement and configure Intelligent Capture for SAP, Business Centre, SAP Business Workflows, Invoice Capture Centre, Enterprise Scan, and other relevant tools for efficient document processing and data capture from paper and electronic documents.

- Testing & Validation : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the SAP OpenText solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and standards.

- Workflow Management : (Nice to have) Experience with managing and configuring workflows related to SAP OpenText and VIM.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in OpenText and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation.

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable implementation and FI-MM integration.

- Knowledge of invoicing-related tax and legal compliance in CA, US, and Mexico.

- Proficiency in Intelligent Capture for SAP, Business Centre, SAP Business Workflows, Invoice Capture Centre, Enterprise Scan, and related document processing technologies.

- Ability to produce high-quality functional and technical design documents.

- Strong leadership and workshop facilitation skills.

- Experience in developing and executing test plans for SAP OpenText solutions.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in managing and configuring workflows in SAP OpenText and VIM
