About Us:

Singh Packaging Industries is a growing manufacturing and packaging solutions company dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and innovative packaging products to our clients. We are expanding our operations and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit.

Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.

Monitor production schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain product quality standards.

Track raw material usage, minimize wastage, and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.

Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Troubleshoot production issues and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share with management.

Support in training and upskilling workers for better productivity.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Production, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in production/operations management (packaging or manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
