We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and will be responsible for enhancing user experiences across web and mobile applications through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. What you’ll be responsible for? Understand business and user needs to translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Advocate for the user while considering business goals and technical constraints. Design for responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and platforms. Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines. Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders effectively. Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices. What you'd have? 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or product-based companies. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights. Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and information architecture. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Why join us?
