Job Title: Creative Group Head - Art Location: Experience Level: 7-8 years. Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Creative Director The position of Creative Group Head - Art is an integral role within our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading a group of creative professionals in the production of high-quality work for either all clients or a specific group of clienteles. The Creative Group Head will guide their team's activities to uphold standards of creative excellence and ensure that goals are met. This role requires a robust understanding of the creative process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Creative Group Head must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Creative Quality Assurance: Ensure the high quality of all creative work produced by your team. Team Leadership: Direct the activities of the creative group, fostering an environment of creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Client Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for clients, overseeing the development and execution of creative projects from conception to completion within your group. Deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies. Minimum of 7 years of experience in art direction or a similar creative field. Exceptional conceptual and creative abilities. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Prior experience/keen inclination towards handling B2 B tech brands an advantage.
