Role Description - Senior UX/UI Designer B2B


This is a full-time Senior User Experience and Interface (UX/UI) Designer role at Voicegain.


As a Senior UI/UX designer, you will help us focus on the User and and make sure we are solving the right problems with the best solutions. You will guide teams through intricate problem areas and help get to simple elegant user-friendly solutions.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with understanding product/user requirements, and designing and creating visually appealing user experiences and interfaces. This role includes conducting user interviews, storyboard/interaction design, visual design, creating mockups, designing pixel-perfect screens and pages, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. This role is located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Factors, Design, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS ; preferably some of which is in a venture funded startup
  • Creating Storyboards that map & optimizing user journeys in a B2B user context
  • Creating Wireframes & Mockups of optimized User Journeys in B2B preferably with a global user base
  • User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) skills
  • Experience in designing and developing responsive and accessible user interfaces
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Any experience in Telecom or Contact Center space is a plus
