Develop innovative textile designs that align with the company's brand identity and market trends.Collaborate closely with the supplieer and in house team to conceptualise and execute design concepts from initial idea to final product.Conduct research on emerging trends, color palettes, and fabric techniques to inspire new design concepts.Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production purposes.Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards are met.Participate in design presentations and meetings to communicate design concepts effectively.Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements in textile design software and techniques.Assist in the development of seasonal collections and product lines, ensuring they meet market demands and customer preferences.
