Responsibilities:

  • Veeva Vault Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the Veeva Vault system, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.
  • Promomats Management: Oversee the upload, organization, and maintenance of promotional materials within the Veeva Vault platform, including artwork, labeling, and promotional content.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of promotional materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Version Control: Manage versioning and lifecycle workflows for promotional materials, tracking changes and ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to facilitate the review, approval, and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the Veeva Vault system, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the creation, storage, and distribution of promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences.
  • Prior experience working with Veeva Vault or similar content management systems in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing promotional materials in the pharmaceutical industry, such as FDA regulations and industry codes of practice.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with document management software.
  • Certification in Veeva Vault administration or equivalent experience preferred.
