1. Lead SAP FICO and Finance track as key member of SAP Team - Knowledge Centre: o Develop business expertise in SAP FICO Module o Impact analysis and assist business with FICO upgrades - Upgrade the SAP FICO application architecture framework - Ensure standardization of SAP FICO related master’s and commonly used reports - Build SAP Finance competencies (SAP FICO, FM & IMPS) in the business for maximizing solution usage by o Interacting with Users, Industry Peers, Technology partners o Conducting workshops for Users at unit locations - Extend scope of SAP FICO functionality with contemporary tools for developing Business level MIS (Hyperion)  2. Assist the SAP Helpdesk to resolve issues in SAP FICO - Support the period closing activities across all the units - Interface with other SAP Team members to simplify the processes and assist in deployment of the upgraded solution. - Setup and provide training to end users to maximize usage. 3. Lead the SAP S/4 HANA implementation across the global Pulp and Fibre business - Study and understand Business; update the AS-IS process documentation. - Lead the SAP S/4 HANA Finance module implementation across the global sites as per standard guidelines and methodology. - Rationalize customization requirements by extending the product functionality of SAP FICO, FM and IMPS modules. 4. Lead all aspects of digital finance transformation through influencing and implementing right fit technologies. - Identify value generation opportunities through system/ process engineering to support current and future technology investments. - Attend technology events and share learning with the functional user community Information Security and Business Continuity Planning - Plan & execute annual DR / BCP drill for the SAP Finance area - Define & implement the maker-checker control procedures on SAP GRC for all finance related transactions.
