You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create chatbots that deliver seamless user experiences.Responsibilities: Key Requirements:Hands on experience of 1 to 3 years Kore.ai Bots platformOverall experience of 4 to 6 Years in IT.Proven expertise in integrating Kore.ai platform with other messaging and IVR channelsMust have atleast handled 2 to 3 full implementations of a chat bot – Designing the flows to building them and deploying them.Must have strong expertise in Node.js.Working knowledge on JSON, Redis / Mongo DB, Web Sockets.Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP.Good knowledge of code documentation and handover.Excellent Communication skills
