Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and creative In-house Influencer & Video Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role will primarily involve producing engaging and authentic self-shot videos, focusing on visa-related information, travel packages, and other relevant travel content. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence across social media platforms.

Responsibilities :

·        Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality and engaging self-shot videos for Rayna Tours.

·        Develop creative ideas and storylines that align with the company’s marketing objectives and resonate with our target audience.

·        Coordinate closely with the Social Media team to schedule and optimize the uploading of videos, particularly on platforms like Instagram Reels.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve content strategy and effectiveness.

·        Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

·        Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all video content.

·        Maintain a consistent and authentic personal brand voice while adhering to Rayna Tours' brand guidelines.

Requirements :

·        Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or Influencer, preferably within the travel or related industries.

·        Proficiency in self-shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos independently.

·        Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and experience with features like Reels.

·        Excellent storytelling skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

·        Creative mindset with a passion for travel and visual storytelling.

·        Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

·        A portfolio of previous self-shot video work showcasing creativity and technical skills is required.
