Job Description 1. Monitoring, review and suggest improvement for enhancing performance level in respect of the   Factory.     2. Ensuring the Market demand v/s Mix &productions planning’s. (with min 3 day’s stock)   3. Ensure to maintain quality records in respect of Production, QC and Plant & Machinery   maintenance with the help of a supporting team.     4. To ensure the floor activity’s scheduling on daily basis.   5. Quality assurance planning and implementation at the factory.     6. Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene condition of the entire plant.      7. To ensure all the temperatures of the mix, freezer, blast rooms and Cold-rooms, etc.   8. To ensure routine plant & Machinery maintenance with the help of Sr. Manager (Maint).   (Preventive maintenance).     9. To ensure the all parameters of ORM, RM & PM till FG.   10. Ensure to attend to the market complaint and resolve them.   11. Ensuring the all given departmental parameters v/s budget. Same thing should be discussed with   VP & EC.     12. To conduct the meeting with all departmental heads on daily basis and review the overall MIS   inputs and suggestions. Accordingly give the solutions and follow-ups.   13. To ensure the smooth operations of the plant, daily three rounds to entire factory.   14. Daily & Monthly reports of Market demand, Shortfall, Sales, production, dispatch. (Same thing   should be discussed with VP & EC.)   15. Discuss and Ensure with VP &EC regarding procurement of ORM, RM and PM on monthly basis.   (Plan v/s Stock).   16. Plan & Review meeting on entire factory overheads MIS v/s budget on monthly basis in the first   week, with VP & EC.     17. Entire ETP operations should monitored with the support of Sr. Manager (Maint) on daily basis.     18. To ensure and obtaining statutory & regulatory approvals & timely renewals as when required.   (Internal & External) Taking the reports on monthly basic from the concerned HOD’s.   19. Ensure and adhere that entire operations should be taken care of the factory.   20.
