Are you motivated and enthusiastic about handling Human Resource (HR) solutions? If your answer is a resounding yes, then we are hunting for you.


As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working closely with our HR team. This internship will provide you with a solid foundation in HR practices and allow you to develop essential skills for

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Coordinate employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Help maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining personnel files and records. Help with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Contribute to creating and updating HR policies and procedures manuals.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as performance management, employee surveys, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
