We are currently looking for an SAP Manufacturing Expert to join us at our facility in Gurugram.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Expert to join our team. The SAP Manufacturing Expert will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes by leveraging SAP Manufacturing solutions. This position will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP Manufacturing modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing expert guidance to the manufacturing and IT teams.

Key responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Manufacturing modules, including SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP QM (Quality Management). Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Manufacturing solutions to align with the organization's manufacturing strategy and business requirements. Optimize production planning and scheduling processes within SAP. Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including materials, machines, and labor. Implement shop floor control functionalities in SAP to monitor and control production activities in real-time. Ensure accurate tracking of production orders and work-in-progress. Manage quality control and assurance processes within SAP QM. Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications. Oversee inventory management and materials procurement processes using SAP MM. Optimize inventory levels and reduce material waste. Identify opportunities to streamline manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP manufacturing configurations and processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience (12+ years) as an SAP Manufacturing Expert or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, including SAP PP, SAP MM, and SAP QM.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and materials management.

• Proficiency in SAP manufacturing configuration and execution.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP Manufacturing certification (preferred)
