Overview: TheRecruiter Internship role is integral to our organization as itprovides an opportunity for individuals to gain handson experiencein the field of recruitment. As a Recruiter Intern you will assistin the development and execution of recruitment strategiesattracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidateexperience.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assistwith candidate sourcing andscreening
  • Coordinate interview schedules andlogistics
  • Participate in the development of jobdescriptions and job postings
  • Conduct initialcandidate assessments
  • Support recruitmentevents and activities
  • Contribute to employerbranding initiatives
  • Assist in maintainingrecruitment databases and records
  • Provideadministrative support to the recruitmentteam
  • Communicate with candidates and providetimely updates
  • Participate in recruitmentstrategy meetings and brainstormingsessions
  • Conduct market research andanalysis
  • Assist with onboarding and orientationprocesses
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams on recruitment projects
  • Adhere torecruitment policies and procedures
  • Providerecommendations for processimprovements
RequiredQualifications:
  • Currentlypursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field
  • Demonstrated interest inrecruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentialityand professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Officeand recruitment software
  • Detailoriented with ahigh level of accuracy
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
  • Understanding of HR and recruitmentprinciples
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in afastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations is a plus
  • Previousinternship or relevant experience isadvantageous
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
  • Ability to handle multipletasks and prioritize effectively
