IT Administrator – Mac

What You'll Do

·Manage & troubleshoot macOS endpoints (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)

·Administer Microsoft 365 (O365), Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint

·Deploy & manage devices & apps with Microsoft Intune·Configure & monitor firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs (Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto)

·Implement policy, compliance & endpoint protection standards

·Drive asset lifecycle, patch management & IT documentation

·Mentor junior IT staff & ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations

What We're Looking For

·7–10 years of IT administration experience (macOS focus)

·Expertise in Intune, O365, firewalls & network management

·Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

·Knowledge of ISO, SOC 2, GDPR compliance (a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
