Notice: Immediate - 10 days

Major Duties/Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, customize, maintain, and upgrade PTC Windchill products.

- Implement and maintain workflows, access controls, and data structures.

- Provide technical support, server management, network, and database administration.

- Troubleshoot Windchill technical issues including both server and client-side.

- Implement and maintain security measures to address server vulnerabilities and protect Windchill system data.

- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.

- Create and maintain system documentation including installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

- Develop and update user guide.

- Use ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.

- Liasson with the Windchill Users group.

- Maintain user statistics of PTC products

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or a related field of study discipline and 5 years of proven experience is required for consideration. An overall combination of equivalent experience may be considered.

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.

- Experience with Windchill workflows, access controls, and data structures.

- Solid understanding of PLM/ALM concepts and Windchill architecture.

- Experience in working with engineering staff to diagnose and resolve issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for user support and ability to work well with peer system administrators.

- Ability to time manage and prioritize projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in managing PLM/ALM or PDM systems.

- Experience in the various Windchill modules.

- Knowledge of Java programming and Windchill customization.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and to participate creatively in collaborative teams across the laboratory.
