We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team at Softxai Technology Private Limited. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to building high-performance, scalable applications while ensuring best practices in development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, Python , and NestJS .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with databases, including both RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and ensure high-quality code.
  • Debug and resolve issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
  • Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Python, ReactJS and NestJS .
  • Experience with databases, including RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
  • Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python and cloud services (AWS , Azure , or GCP ).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to Docker and containerization technologies.
