We are a lean team of professionals seeking a Business Development Consultant who can help expand our business network, build outreach and lead B2B product adoptions and sales.
Job Description
Oter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to drive the adoption and sales of our Microbook App within targeted industries and organizations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for outreach, developing customized sales pitches, and closing deals with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a bankable network of business connections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients and decision-makers in targeted industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive adoption of Oter's Microbook App.
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Oter to each prospective client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- A strong network of business connections and relationships within target industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
