Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at our location in Kanpur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, managing company meetings, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes. Additionally, the role entails liaising with directors and stakeholders, handling corporate governance regulations, and managing correspondence between the company and its stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance
- Experience in preparing agendas, minutes, and maintaining records
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in handling corporate governance and legal matters
- Experience in liaising with directors and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
***- Professional certification such as Company Secretary (CS) qualification is Necessary for this post
Salary: No bar for Right candidate
