It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD). AVM is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Attendants to support our vibrant concessions and event operations across AEC, CS, and TD venues. This is your chance to be part of the culinary engine that powers unforgettable events The role As a Kitchen Attendant, you’ll be a vital member of our kitchen crew, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences across our venues. You will assist with food preparation, setup, and cooking for concessions and events, support general kitchen operations, and help maintain outstanding standards of cleanliness and food safety. You’ll also contribute to sustainability initiatives and safe work practices while working collaboratively with the team across AEC, CS, and TD venues in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. What You Bring: Proven ability to calmly work under pressure to meet stringent timelines in a fast-paced environment Capacity to follow processes and maintain set standards at all times A positive, can-do mindset - energy matters here Reliability - you turn up, back your team, and take pride in your work Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays across a 24/7 roster A sound working knowledge of HACCP and/or Food Safety protocols Why Join AVM?
