We are agile and nimble and constantly looking to deliver value to our clients - from rapid Salesforce implementations to improving the ROI from existing investments.Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.- Design and propose innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and drive value.- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements.- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet client requirements.- Create functional specifications, process flows, and use case diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions to development teams.- Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.- Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.- Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of Salesforce solutions.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.- Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.Qualifications:- Overall 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant.- Proven ability to drive and document detailed business requirements independently.- Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce during the requirement gathering phase.- Expertise in Salesforce consulting, coaching for best practices in administration and implementation, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining processes through automation.- Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to drive thought leadership and provide strategic insights.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Vision.- Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.- Writing functional specs, collaborating on design specs with tech team.Education / Certification-- Master’s /University degree or equivalent experience.- Mandatory Certification - Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin, Salesforce AI Associate.What We Offer- Freedom to take initiatives to strive for Excellence.- Sponsored Certification to enhance Learning.- Opportunity to learn and gain experience on Salesforce Industry Clouds.
