Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking a Quality Specialist with expertise in cold chain logistics, warehouse operations, and quality assuranceRoles & Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits of new warehouse depots to ensure infrastructure, hygiene, and cold chain compliance.- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff and distributors on cold chain quality standards.- Lead the integration and implementation of Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS) within cold chain operations.- Maintain accurate audit logs, quality reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality protocols and continuous improvement in depot operations.- Travel extensively to warehouse depots for audits, training, and system integration activities.Skills Required- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, cold chain logistics, and factory operations.- Expertise in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cold chain standards.- Excellent training delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.- Ability to lead technology integration projects, such as Real-Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS).- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for audits, training, and operational oversight.
