Job Description:Consistently achieve new lead acquisition targets through multiple marketing campaignsProvide analytics led strategic insights to the CXOs / Business Heads on BU performance by executing sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.Track email campaign metrics (A/ B template test, delivery, open, click-through rates)Research and discover methods to increase customer engagementEnsure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met withAccelerate BU growth by embracing technology trends across center of excellences campaigns.Channelize variety of campaigns to reach prospects and customers to acquire net new business and to grow existing customers business by cross-sell & up-sell.Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools like MSD, SFDC, Hubspot and zoominfoIdentify and implement multiple channels of lead generation avenues like telephone, Linkedin triggers, email comm, SEO, social media retargeting and others.Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction / feedback.Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM ensuring all communication chains are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
