Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy Pega-based applications, adhering to business requirements and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs for system enhancements and new functionalities.

- Design, configure, and implement Pega workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and data models.

- Conduct thorough unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application robustness and functionality.

- Uphold code quality standards through regular code reviews and adherence to Pega development best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with existing systems.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer, demonstrating proficiency in Pega Platform.

- Profound understanding and practical experience with PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega development tools (e.g., Case Designer, Data Designer, Decisioning).

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing BPM and CRM solutions using Pega.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Certifications :

- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)

- Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Skills and Technologies :

- Pega Platform

- PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC)

- BPM and CRM with Pega

- Pega development tools (Case Designer, Data Designer, Decisioning)

- Integration skills (APIs, connectors)

- Strong understanding of databases and SQL

- PEGA Developer/PEGA Production Support/PEGA Admin with CSSA certification.

- Candidates should be good in Case management and production support.
