Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Technical Product Manager to spearhead projects leveraging MEAN and MERN stack technologies. This role demands a dynamic leader who can manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects utilizing MEAN and MERN technologies.Scope and Goal Definition:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business goals.Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track and report on progress against key milestones.Team Coordination:
Work across functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure effective execution and alignment of project tasks.Resource Management:
Allocate project resources appropriately, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.Progress Monitoring:
Regularly report on project status, budget adherence, and quality metrics to stakeholders and upper management.Risk Management:
Proactively identify project risks and issues, implementing timely solutions and corrective actions.Team Environment:
Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging communication, transparency, and knowledge sharing.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into projects to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications:Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Experience:
Proven track record of managing software development projects, particularly in MEAN and MERN stack environments.Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS/React.js, and Node.js.Project Management Skills:
Excellent ability to plan and oversee projects to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.Communication:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.Agile Proficiency:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is beneficial.Certifications:
PMP or Agile certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
