The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles in the US Location.Key ResponsibilitiesHandleend-to-end US recruiting , including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the key VLSI domain.Evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements in the semiconductor domain.Work withW2, 1099, and C2Chiring models.Ensure compliance withUS work authorizations(USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).Maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand VLSI skill sets.Provide daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job portals.Proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.Fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
