Job Description:
Skilled AIOps Engineer with 5-10 years of experience and strong background in IT operations and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to optimize and automate various aspects of IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AIOps, Azure, AIML, and GenAI, coupled with a proven track record of practical exposure to production deployment and architecture.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AIOps implementation .
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation of IT operations.
Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights for proactive problem detection and resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions on Azure.
Lead the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
Integrate AIOps solutions with existing monitoring and management tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and optimize AIOps algorithms and models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AIOps-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT operations, including monitoring, logging, incident management, and change management processes.
Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go for developing AIOps solutions.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
