BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering.

Primary Skills:

Component Engineering with Design concepts & DFx Skills, component obsolescence management for OEM components like DC Power Supplies ,Circuit Breakers, Moulded Case Circuit Breakers, Contactors, Solid State Relays, Analog and Digital I/O cards,PLC,Industrial Sensors say Proximity switch, Limit switches, Laser Sensors, Power and Signal cables, cable end connectors, cable end terminal lugs, Power distribution connectors, temperature controller modules like Watlow RMs,Miscrofusion SCR controllers, transducers like Thermocuple,Mass Flow controllers, Capacitance and Ion Pressure Gauges

Functional Knowledge:

- Sound technical knowledge on electrical system, components, schematics, cable harness, pcb, electromechanical concepts. Materials Management-Risk analysis and LTB (Last Time Buy) estimation Component obsolescence forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. Component selection, alternate source identification and FFF validation. BOM analysis and comparison (Module impact & structure analysis) Engineering Change Management methodology.

CAD Tools:

ORCAD, ALTIUM, E3s.

PLM Tool:

Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, SAP.

Safety Compliance Knowledge:

UL/CSA/FCC

Environmental Compliance Knowledge:

ROHS/REACH/WEEE

Preferred Area of Experience:

SEMI Domain, Machine tool domain, Industrial automation domain, Medical equipment domain
