Job Description:

Our client is Manufacturing of Manual Tooth Brushes, Electronic Tooth Brush Refills and Dental Floss for Oral care and Healthcare industry.

Role Purpose:

Person should have strong area of Project Manager to lead the setup of a new toothbrush manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the plant setup project, ensuring that all milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The candidate should have the extensive experience of toothbrush manufacturing process, equipment specification, utility requirement and complete integration of the end-to-end process.

Job Requirements

Exp- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial plant setup specifically for toothbrush

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or Project Management

Job location- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. India

Industry Prefer: Any Toothbrush Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.

-- Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

-- Team Management:

Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular team meetings and progress reviews to maintain alignment and address any concerns.

-- Budget Management:

Manage the project budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints.

Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

-- Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all aspects of the plant setup comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and certifications.

- Communication and Reporting:

Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Prepare and present detailed project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and completion forecasts.
