Manager QC- Wind

Location: Beed, Maharashtra

As a Quality Manager you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of wind farm projects.
Your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Quality Management:
   • Develop and implement effective quality management plans and procedures for onshore wind farm projects.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
2. Inspections and Audits:
   • Conduct inspections, assessments, and audits to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed records and reports related to quality activities and performance.
4. Supplier Quality:
   • Ensure that supplier and subcontractor quality processes meet project standards by conducting necessary audits.
5. Quality Training:
   • Deliver training to enhance understanding and implementation of quality standards.
6. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
   • Integrate quality practices with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management to ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Foster a culture of continuous enhancement in quality standards and processes.

We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager with the following qualifications:

• Experience:
  • At least 8 years in Quality Management in the wind sector.
• Expertise:
  • Proven success in project quality management and quality assurance within the renewable energy or construction sector.
  • Deep knowledge of international quality standards and regulations for wind farm projects (such as ISO 9001).
  • Strong understanding of civil and geotechnical engineering principles for wind farm foundations.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Quality auditing certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are preferred.
