Job DescriptionMercedes Benz Research & Development India (a subsidiary of Mercedes Benz AG) is looking for young and enthusiastic professionals with experience in the area of Autosar Software Integration (Classic & Adaptive) for the State of the Art "Mercedes Benz Operating System" in the area of Automated Driving.ResponsibilitiesLead the technical team which integrate the Autosar BSW and ASW stack into the AD System HW/Software platformTechnically handcraft the various platform software deliveries to meet the Functional Safety/Product requirementsDesired Technical SkillsMust have good programming knowledge in C/C++,Good Knowledge on CAN, Ethernet/Flexray ProtocolsStrong Knowledge in AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, SWC, Modemanagement, development/IntegrationStrong autosar integration on BSW modules and debugging skillsStrong Experience in developing/integrating at least 2 of the below stacks CAN/Ethernet Communication Stacks UDS Diagnostic services, DoIP Memory Stacks and secure diagnostics Flash bootloaders, Secure Onboard communication and Crypto and E2EGood knowhow on Network Management, Partial Networking concepts, OS & Multicore topHands on experience in using configuration management tools like GIT/Altassian tools etc.Good experience multicore microcontrollers like Infineon Aurix & various MCAL modulesGood Experience in developing Integration test cases for various AUTOSAR stacksHands on experience in using Canoe/CanCaseXLUnderstanding of AUTOSAR specification/ specification from OEMsInteractions with Product-line teams and basic-software platform teamsGood working experience of SW build environment and Build process – compilation, Linking etc.Management SkillProven experience as a project management who can manage and prepare project status, Sprint meeting, backlog grooming, status compilation for counterparts and management, risk identification, change management, release management and defect tracking.Experience using collaboration and team management applications; Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint orUnderstanding of SW development processes and test validation.
