As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all visual communications meet our high standards of quality and align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver compelling graphics for digital and print media. In this role, you will mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design excellence. You should be proficient in industry-standard design software, have experience leading creative teams, and possess a deep understanding of current design trends. Your responsibilities will include developing visual concepts, creating brand assets, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in graphic design. Responsibilities Lead and manage the graphic design team Oversee the creation of visual assets for digital and print media Develop and maintain brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns Review and approve design work to ensure quality and consistency Mentor and train junior designers Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Present design concepts to stakeholders Stay updated on design trends and best practices Ensure all designs align with brand identity Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 5+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience managing and mentoring design teams Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of current design trends and technologies Creative problem-solving abilities
