Role & responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

Supervise all nursing activities within OPD, OT, embryology lab support, and patient care areas.

Ensure high standards of patient care, empathy, and confidentiality in line with IVF protocols.

Monitor patient counseling support and assist doctors in procedures when required.

Oversee infection control practices and patient safety protocols.

Operational Management

Prepare duty rosters, assign responsibilities, and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage.

Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, and support staff for smooth operations.

Monitor nursing documentation, patient records, and reports as per hospital policy.

Ensure readiness of OT, procedure rooms, and nursing stations with all required equipment and medicines.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff in IVF-specific protocols and compassionate care.

Conduct regular training sessions on OT procedures, emergency management, and IVF nursing care.

Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Foster teamwork, discipline, and professional growth among the nursing team.
