Role Description
This is a full-time remote and/or office role for a Dispatcher at BAL Express LLC. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of drivers and shipments. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating with broker and drivers. You will have to continuously book loads from DAT, Broker Portals & from other dedicated brokers. You will have assign drivers on load & coordinate with accountant for billing purposes.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in dispatching or logistics is required ( We will verify that )
- First and Foremost requirement is effort & dedication to work and involvement in Companies daily activity .
- Person should be able to work night shift 5pm -- 3am Indian Standard Time .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using transportation management software
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation systems and logistics.
- Great attention to detail and follow-through
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for tracking and managing shipments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
