Job Description :


Skills Required :


- Kubernetes Administration : Experience in building, configuring, and managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of containerized applications.


- Python : Strong proficiency in Python programming language for automation, scripting, and development of tools and utilities for infrastructure management and deployment automation.


- CI/CD Tools


- Github: Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub for managing source code repositories.


- JFrog : Experience with JFrog Artifactory for artifact management and repository hosting.


- ArgoCD : Knowledge of ArgoCD for continuous deployment and GitOps workflows in Kubernetes environments.


- Jenkins : Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipeline orchestration.


- Apache Airflow : Familiarity with Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex workflows and pipelines.


- Powershell : Proficiency in Powershell scripting for automation tasks and infrastructure management in Windows environments.


Responsibilities :


- Kubernetes Administration : Build, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for development, testing, and production environments. Perform cluster upgrades, node scaling, and troubleshooting of Kubernetes infrastructure components.


- Automation Development : Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Powershell to streamline deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure resources. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible for provisioning and managing cloud resources.


- CI/CD Implementation : Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Configure integration between CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes clusters for automated deployment of containerized applications.


- Deployment Automation : Automate application deployment and release processes using ArgoCD or other GitOps tools to ensure consistency and reliability in Kubernetes environments. Implement blue-green deployments, canary releases, and other deployment strategies to minimize downtime and risk during application updates.


- Monitoring and Alerting : Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack to monitor Kubernetes cluster health and performance. Set up automated alerts and notifications for proactive issue identification and resolution.


- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document deployment procedures, automation scripts, and infrastructure configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Provide training and support to team members on Kubernetes administration, CI/CD practices, and automation tools.


- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
