Job Description :


1.Conducts quality review of telephonic conversations to ensure the Quality scores and inferences generated are accurate as per client requirement, alongside identify areas for improvement.

2.Should be excellent in document call observations.

3.Should have hands-on experience working on Excel, creating basic Dashboards.

4.Support Business team regularly to ensure the feedback provided are implemented.

5.Call centre experience is must


Eligibility Criteria: -

Qualification: - Any Graduation

Excellent communication skill is must

Work Type: Should work from office

Should have 2-3yrs experience as a Quality Analyst

Should ready to join immediately

Languages :- English + any number of regional languages (preferably who can read and write the regional language)
