Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior - QA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance professionals to ensure the highest level of quality for our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and processes, as well as identifying and resolving quality issues.

Essential Job function

· Manage and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals.

· Develop and implement quality standards and processes for the team.

· Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Conduct testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure team and product performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met.

· Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and procedures.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Additional Qualifications and Skills Desired

· MUST have experience in C# Selenium, SQL.

· Work on different projects based on different platforms and domains.

· Strong leadership and management skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

· Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent English communications and interpersonal skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
