Role : Senior Business Analyst - General Insurance

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the internal business team (UW, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
  • Requirements elicitation and System solution designing
  • Define the customer journey
  • Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries
  • Weekly sprint planning along with Product Managers
  • Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development

Job Requirement/Skills:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience as Business Analyst in General Insurance in Health, Motor, Non-motor lines of business
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products
  • Hands on experience with SQL query writing, API integration & design
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Education: BE/Btech, MBA
