Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze financial information for internal use
• Have a complete insight into the operations performed by the finance team. (COS Reports, P&L Reporting, Balance Sheets, Budgets and Forecasts)
• Supervising and training new joiners in the finance team
• Review accounting processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Reviewing existing financial processes to identify opportunities for automation and enhancements. Common areas for development opportunities include but are not limited to automating manual processes, eliminating process duplication, improving data quality and enhancing existing solutions
• Support definition of the test scenarios and completion of range of testing activities, engaging and involving with various teams/partners wherever necessary.
• Responsible for ensuring all UAT testing is successfully completed to time and quality within their area
• Supporting plan and delivery of go-live activities where required
• Develop best SOP’s and process notes as necessary in line with development made.
• Always acts in line with NES Fircroft’ s code of conduct
• Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting and finance
• CA/CS/CMA (Inter or Foundation) or MBA/B. Com in Finance or equivalent accounting qualification
• ERP experience (Microsoft dynamics Navision/SAP or similar)
• Spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP/Pivot table)
• Energetic, passionate, and driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Delivery focused and not easily distracted
• Proven ability to work independently and with initiative to tight deadlines under global guidance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and negotiation skills
• High-level of creativity, adaptability and persistence to find the best solutions using existing technology first
• The ability to plan, organize, schedule and co-ordinate multiple tasks and people to achieve objectives
• Problem solving and decision-making ability both technically and personally
